Bellini Poodles is a family and ethical breeder nestled  in Gatineau, QC, Canada, where we are committed to breeding and raising top quality, home-raised CKC Standard Poodles. We believe that breeding poodles is an honor and a privilege. Our vision, planning, and extensive research of pedigrees result in producing gorgeous poodles with superior health, temperament, & beauty that meets the breed standard as set forth by the Poodle Club of Canada.
 

Our registered Kennel ''Bellini'' is gender-neutral name of Italian origin, meaning ''Little Beautiful one''. This endearingly sweet and loving name serve as a perfect reminder for your little furbaby wherever they go.

As the youngest of three children, family pets have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, we had dogs along with many beloved cats. We brought home our first standard poodle in 2002, a black female. Molly was a loving and loyal family member and a wonderful companion for my children.  She remained our loyal beloved baby until her death at 13,5 years old. Although Molly was not a show quality, she is the reason we felt in love with the standard poodle. With her passing we began our search for our next family companion to help mend our broken hearts.

In 2015, Finnesse Lorenzo CGN, CA, CDX, WC, RATI, RM, HT, our beautiful brown standard male, joined our family. Lorenzo was not only top dog at our house leading in a gentile yet firm manner; but also our ''hearth dog''. He successfully completed  high level of Obedience and Rally titles with High in Trial, Canine Good Neighbour & working and chase ability certificates. He is the dog that made me felt in love with canine performance training & events.

Our introduction to the conformation show ring was with my beautiful Blue girl, CH Evangelina Von Paw Paw CGN, CD, RA. I started as newbie and boy that I learned a lot! From handling, grooming & coat care and many mistakes, I proudly finished her Canadian Championship from the owner & handler classes!

Since I am involved in performance events and conformation shows with my poodles and I strive to breed dogs of the highest quality. Proper conformation, good health, and even temperaments. We take breeding very seriously and every litter is planned with quality in mind.  We are proud of our dogs' lineage and hope to continue that success to better the breed. All of Bellini puppies are bred to be show & performance quality; however, that does not mean they are all required to go to show homes. In fact, most of our puppies are placed in loving pet homes. We prefer finding good families rather than gaining championships.
